We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your Ass Savers product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the mudguards or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain flat and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest postal service or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement items within 5 business days.
